ZAMORANO OF TOLEDO

by Michael
(Decatur GA)

While in Toledo Spain a few years ago I purchased two medieval style swords approximately 100cm long and 1600 grams, battle ready, one for my son who is a SCA member and one for me because Zamorano's work looked, to me, really good.

I am now looking to purchase another sword and I am wondering how the work of Mariano Zamorano really stacks up to other sword makers. Has anyone created a review of Zamorano or is anyone familiar with his work?

Their add
"Mariano Zamorano, C.B. manufacturer for swords,
sabres, daggers, etc... We, MARIANO ZAMORANO
have kept the craftsmanship of the Toledo Sword
from the very beginning; this craftsmanship has
continued from generation to generation by keeping
the craftsmanship of this historical city and so our swords are unique all over the world."
