I live close to Nelson BC in Canada, and I have wanted a Paul Chen/Hanwei sword for a long time.

So I decided to go with Warriors and Wonders in Vancouver, the particular sword I wanted was the extreamly flexable practical Tai Chi sword. So I placed my order online, the very next day I receve an email from a fellow named Jay, informing me that the particular sword I orderd and already sent a money order off for, has sold out. (awwww there goes my Chistmass Prez for my self) but I continued to read on.

Jay apologised on behalf of the store and offerd me a discount on any item on there website (excluding final clearance items). I was so pleased by the quick response and willingness to work with me on makeing it right. Cheers and thanks to Warriors and Wounders in Vancouver Canada a stand up company.

I was able to get another Hanwei/Paul Chen practical Tai Chi sword (not the extreamly flexable one) a difference in price of about $15-20. For the same price as the other one. A good experence all around.
