this brach that i cut is almost 1" thick (2.54cm)

I have a Jian from Jin-Shi. I own several other swords of varying types, and some are Chinese. The thing is when anyone wants to know which is my favorite, I always point out my Jin-Shi jian. It is also a very durable cutter, as well as a nice looking traditional styled sword.

the customer service at Jin-Shi was outstanding, and Garrett even was polite to me even in spite of my overly inquisitive emails, while deciding to by a sword.
