I know they aren't the cheapest, but what about Last Legend? They make some wicked cutters, with a nice degree of personalization. They may not fall into the sub $300 bracket we try to stick to on SBG, but neither do Albion. Just a quick suggestion.

Perhaps you could make an Ebay makers area too, for companies that sell through Ebay like Zhi forge, JWHOTSTEELFORGE, and technically Oniforge.

I got my blade from Zhi and it is quite impressive. It's their highest end katana, so my not represent what you'd get at $150, but it may still be a valuable resource.
