Broke inside the handle

Bought a Banshee Cutter and was impressed very nice setup with the locking scabbard.. 5 days into use it snapped in two right inside the handle while cutting a small branch. From the reviews it seemed this was a good machete/sword to clear vines and brush, yet still have the sword look and feel. I'm hoping I just got a dud because it snapped so easy. Tying to get it replaced but have yet to hear back from Cas Hanwei
