Angus Trim #1420

Writing about an A.Trim sword is quite an easy task. I am a fortunate owner of one of these superior blades. I say blades, because what Angus sells is fundamentaly a blade.
Yes, of course there are fittings too, but these are far beyond the quality of the principal component of a sword. Technically, the #1420 is a dream come true. It has a 36" blade, running from a quite large section at the crossguard down to the rather acute tip. The point of balance stays close to the guard at a mere 9 cmts., and with all its notable dimension, the sword (un)weight less than 1.10 Kg. After many years of continuous use, I still wonder how it is possible to "dance" with such a sword, even with one hand.
Outstanding, indeed.
The only sorrow.. Angus Trim doesn't offer the #1420 anymore. Anyway, afer my first experience with his swords, I have unconditionally advised my friends in the "scherma medievale" circles to get one of these "Ferrari"...
So far, no one is willing to depart from their A.Trim.
By the way... try to find someone selling one of these swords. You will need a lot of fortune.
